Poor. Our daughter and son-in-law in Boston ordered a dozen yellow roses from you for our anniversary on February 13th, delivered to our home in Chilliwack. The flowers were in very poor condition. Five of the roses were already fully open and four of the remaining did not open at all. Several of them were already brown on the edges. I understand that our daughter contacted you about this, and last week another dozen was sent to our home in Chilliwack, accompanied by a small box of chocolates. This dozen were already fully open and some of them began to die within two days. Our daughter is a professional writer, in charge of social media for her company, and our son-in-law is an assistant vice-president with a US East Coast bank, also in charge of social media. Between them they have many thousands of followers on Twitter and other social media sites, and they are now using those sites to tell of their experience with your company. I thought you should know in case you are using other florists or warehouses as your distributers.
